Chef Tom Colicchio elevates the concept of a steakhouse with Craftsteak by celebrating the flavors of wonderful seasonal ingredients sourced from small family farms and artisanal producers. The à la cart menu includes a wide selection of steaks, including Corn-Fed and Grass-Fed Beef and several cuts of Kobe Beef. In addition to meat, Craftsteak serves amazingly fresh fish and shellfish as part of its mouth-watering chilled seafood assortments. Craftsteak was awarded the Las Vegas Life Magazine's Epicurean Award for Best New Restraurant in 2003 and Best Steakhouse in 2005. All architecture and design is the award-winning work of Bentel and Bentel.
